The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of telecom industry concepts, trends, and challenges and possess excellent business analysis skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to support telecom-related projects.

• Create detailed functional and non-functional specifications for business processes.

• Utilize business analysis methodologies and tools such as UML, BPMN, Jira to streamline processes.

• Collaborate with technical teams, business users, and executives to ensure project alignment.

• Identify and address business needs through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Facilitate discussions and drive consensus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) to enhance project delivery.

• Work efficiently within a cross-functional team to achieve project goals.

• Leverage knowledge of telecom systems and technologies such as network infrastructure, billing systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) to improve business processes.
