Description:
Collaborating with Program, Business and IT teams to asses/define requirements across LOB’s for implementing IDP solutions (using Hyperscience)
Drive the requirement gathering sessions with the clients and create/review PDD
Ability to provide directions to the team which consists of developers, Tech lead / delivery manager
Participate sprint planning, review, retro and other ceremonies
Coordinate for the governance meetings, status meetings etc.
Be the Cognizant face to the customer
Ability to create test strategy, create test cases, scenarios, and coordinate UAT & Go live.
Required Experience
10+ Years of BA/PM
Hands on experience in RPA / IDP (Intelligent Document Processing)
Any RPA Certifications will be an advantage
Should possess excellent agile management
Experience of API’s and understanding integrations are added advantage
