Business Analyst

The candidate will partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs, current and future processes, analyse requirements both functional and technical, validate integrations and outputs. Other areas may include working with users to test, debug, and troubleshoot applications, assuring software and systems quality and functionality, and ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices.

Responsibilities:

As a Business Systems Analyst on the product team, you will provide support for the NASDM to Snowflake Migration Project. This will entail but not be limited to the following:

• Content creation, creation and facilitation of training materials,

• Creation of current and future state analysis documentation and the distribution of the results,

• Creation of communication apparatuses and the plan for their distribution,

• Recommend gaps and areas for improvement within existing and new processes and ways to collaborate with internal and if necessary external resources.

Must Have Skills

• Business Analysis: Requirements & data gathering, usability and process analysis, analyze business cases, creation of user stories, and personas

• Stakeholder Management: Identify stakeholders, manage customer relationships and expectations and to validate the deployment approach

• Content Creation: Analyze data to segregate stakeholder groups to document communication and training needs
