We're looking for a dynamic and trend-setting Brow and Lash Artist to join our team. If you are passionate about shaping, grooming, and enhancing brows and lashes, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Conduct client consultations to understand their brow goals.
- Perform eyebrow shaping, tinting, and lamination services.
- Perform eyelash lift and tint services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest brow and lash trends and techniques.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on services, maintenance, and products.
- Maintain the salon's overall cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with salon policies and procedures.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Qualifications:
- Certification/Diploma in Aesthetics and/or Eyebrow and Eyelash Training Course.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong creative and detail-oriented skills with the ability to multitask.
- Passion and excitement for the beauty and cosmetic industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay current with beauty trends and techniques.
- Availability to work two (2) Saturday shifts per month.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Proficiency in office software applications/appointment booking software is a plus.
