About the Role:
This position will report to the Director of Operations and will be responsible for managing our Amazon Seller Central listings. Main responsibilities include:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients by responding to client emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Lead client meetings and deliver performance reports
- Provide clients with data-driven proposals and strategic recommendations for their accounts based on their business goals
- Ensure client success by effectively communicating expectations and providing ongoing campaign optimizations to meet KPIs
- Contribute to the client's business growth by identifying new opportunities to expand the client's scope and increase revenue
- Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies
- Manage the account end to end including initial setup, day-to-day management, optimization & reporting with the supporting teams
- Work with the design, copywriting, advertising and content teams to consistently improve client's account and overall digital marketing strategies for optimal success and to better serve the overall success of the given strategy agreed upon
- Become a thought leader and trusted expert on the Amazon Marketplace
- Other tasks as assigned
