Brand & Marketing Technology Manager

Strive Capital is looking for a dynamic Manager, Brand & Marketing Technology to join their growing team. As a fast-paced and entrepreneurial company, Strive is committed to providing A Better Lending Experience to its brokers and homebuyers across Canada. In this multifaceted role, you will be the brand champion, creative design expert, webmaster, and marketing technology guru, managing projects from start to finish while contributing to the company's mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Champion: Develop and communicate a brand identity that resonates with the target market and supports the company's value proposition. Advise multiple teams on branding strategy.

• Creative Design Expert: Oversee creative projects from concept to completion. Maintain a consistent creative vision and manage corporate branding materials.

• Webmaster: Lead website renewal projects, improve user experience, monitor online traffic, and ensure that website updates are functioning properly.

• Marketing Technology Guru: Develop and implement marketing technology strategies, manage platforms like CRM and marketing automation tools, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Support internal teams with training on best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience). Training in graphic design and design software is preferred.

• Experience: Previous experience in the mortgage industry, website design and content management, and proficiency in digital marketing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.

• Skills: Must be highly organized, adaptable, and an independent team player in a fast-paced work environment. Bilingualism (English and French) is a plus.
