Description:
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of viral marketing campaigns across digital channels to grow awareness and market share
- Craft key messages and supply assets for mass media partners
- Support the social media team with putting together creative briefs and work with influencers to source viral content for Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Pull together reports using industry leading tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Sproutsocial and GRIN.
- Make recommendations on areas to optimize and pivot using data-backed insights
- Turn everyday engagers into real fans of the brand with best-in-class community management across all channels
- Be a steward of our brand voice, tone, and visual representation across channels, ensuring content is cohesive and on-brand.
- Help manage content calendar for our social channels aligned with brand objectives, themes, and cultural moments.
- Consistently find new ways to engage and delight our audiences while sharing our core brand marketing messages in an organic way
- In addition to posting and scheduling content, you'll be responsible for escalating issues, replying to cute cat pics, and learning about our customers social habits.
What you bring to the table:
- Currently enrolled in a business, marketing or communications program with the requirement to complete a co-operative or internship term
- 1+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record for building and scaling social content creation and community management
- Deep understanding of social media platforms
- Strong storytelling skills. You have a talent for sharing information in a digestible, concise and engaging manner.
- Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of creativity
- Familiarity with popular social media management, listening, and analytics tools
- A strong pulse on culture and trends. You'll know the next Tik Tok trend before it goes viral.
