As Brand Manager for US Marketing team, you will provide input to market forecast retail action plans that deliver on brand strategy.
How will you create impact?
- Manage product line mix/pricing to achieve financial objectives, work with the product team to increase US market share.
- Understand brand forecast forecasting; review and implement regular (minimum monthly) changes as part of Forecasting Reviews.
- Ensure/Support the management and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Support budgets, including TV/Media planning, Digital, TV/Digital Commercial Production, PR, Influencers. Brief and manage the creation of market specific assets from ‘go to market’ onward, partner with Shopper Marketing on establishing best in class retail plans and collaborate with US Sales team for US Customer specific plans – product lines, external TV plans, brand promotional guidelines, channel exclusives.
- Present to trade/retail partners, through previews and Toy Fairs, to secure necessary levels and breadth of retail support. Use all tools available (e.g., BI, POS, NPD, brand health checks, mix management) to ensure high turns at retail and seek out trends, market research and competitive insights for launch plans.

- This position requires strong marketing skills and experience in developing and delivering strong marketing plans that stand out against the competition and deliver fully on a commercial level. It also requires the ability to manage multiple projects while managing priorities and analytical and resourceful abilities. The ability to apply data driven insights to commercial business decisions.
- A genuine team player able to work across all departments (e.g., sales, marketing, finance, demand planning, supply) and with external stakeholders (e.g. retailers, licensors). An exceptional written and verbal communicator - confident in presenting to internal teams and during retailer previews.
- Experience with managing brand PL with proven results of achieving MC/DC/GS$ targets. Working knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics from TV, print, digital and consumer promotions. If you have experience with E-commerce/Omni-Channel experience it will be a plus.
