Description:

·Setting brand strategy grounded in fact-based consumer insights, including target, positioning, and objectives

·Assessing and diagnosing brand performance drivers, identifying insights, and developing effective growth strategies

Marketing execution

·Leading agencies and internal stakeholders to create and execute integrated marketing support including consumer promotions, digital media campaigns, partnership programs, new or refreshed package designs and other marketing programs and materials

Business management

·Identifying opportunities for portfolio growth and optimization, and mitigating risks, including developing the annual business plan and growth projections and presenting to senior leadership for alignment

·Managing the P&L to deliver against growth and profit targets
