Description:
- Responsible for brand growth and sales success by overseeing direct selling efforts, executing educational programs, executing marketing and merchandising strategies, and managing loyalty programs
- Leading sales initiatives while collaborating closely with local sales and store teams to achieve assigned brand(s)' sales goals
- Create excitement for the brand’s philosophy, story and vision through effective presentations
- Enriching relationships and facilitating comprehensive product knowledge classes for clients and their stylists
- Produce and review monthly sales reports, provide feedback on sales activities, marketing, education, product launches, promotions, merchandising, and events, and develop action plans to improve performance
- Drive customer engagement and loyalty by successfully managing and executing loyalty programs, identifying new loyalty accounts and maximizing sales opportunities through compelling presentations and strategic planning

Qualifications & Core Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent certification. Post-secondary education with a focus in Business Administration or relevant field a plus
- Hair, Esthetic, or other industry license an asset
- Minimum of (2) years of demonstrated consultative outside sales or related field experience
- Solid knowledge and experience using various social media platforms for business purposes
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic thinking and goal attainment through effective problem-solving, decision-making and planning skills
- Demonstrated professionalism with excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time & project efficiently
- Solid work ethic and ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Intermediate computer systems knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Must live within the assigned territory and have reliable transportation as travel is required
- Attendance at educational events and shows is required which may include overnight/weekend travel
- Flexibility with adjusting schedule to meet changing business needs
- Bilingual preferred (English & French)
