Description:

Manages the development and implementation of enterprise-wide omnichannel marketing strategies, plans, programs, initiatives, and campaigns. Oversees a wide range of marketing activities across various channels to preserve and enhance brand integrity, equity, and reputation. Manages a wide variety of relationships and contracts with third parties and service providers, including by building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.

 


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


Manages the development and the implementation of enterprise-wide omnichannel marketing strategies, plans, and tactics in support of TransLink Enterprise’s customer strategy and business requirements. Ensures that marketing strategies, plans, and tactics will inform customers of changes and improvements made to the transit system and will encourage further use of the public transit system.


Identifies and defines key customer segments for marketing activities, including key target audiences to develop ridership across sustainable modes through targeted marketing initiatives.


Initiates and assesses best practice and customer-related market research, and leverages findings to enhance marketing activities. Develops reports on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights and to assess the outcome of marketing campaigns against predetermined goals, including by analyzing data to better reach TransLink Enterprise’s target audiences.
