• lead all sales and operational efforts at the Red Deer branch
• Oversee the implementations of the sales strategy
• Foster customer relationships and guarantee satisfaction through operational excellence
• Analyze the local market and trends, creating and implementing strategies to expand market share and pursue business opportunities
• Work closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability
   

Successful Candidates Will Have
 

• 5-10 years experience in a related field
• Posses the capability to mentor and provide coaching
• Able to travel when needed (10% a year)
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
• Collaborate with other Branch Managers in the area
