We provide bookkeeping services for small and medium sized business owners. Clients and their accountants depend on us. Our passion is in preparing impeccable books that tell success stories and help point the way to more profit and growth. We work remotely in the cloud with QuickBooks Online, 3rd Party Apps and integrations. You may have the chance to visit clients and get virtual & in-person experience to super-charge your meeting and presentation skills. Because we do a great job, we’re growing and are looking for a Rockstar Bookkeeper Manager to add to our team.

Desired Skills and Experience

We need an experienced bookkeeper to help manage our amazing team. You will be the primary point of contact for team questions and provide float, backup and review support. You are a strong communicator and will help document workflows, client information & checklists as well as manage projects such as onboarding and software migrations.

To succeed in the role, you must be someone who really enjoys doing and teaching all of the important bookkeeper tasks our clients trust us with, such as:

Filing Government Returns & Remittances, Account Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Month-end Wrap up, Reporting, answering client questions and making sure their books are in great shape at all times.
