- At least 3 years of relevant experience working in a similar position
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prepare financial reports on a determined schedule in a timely manner
- Prepare of various balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
- Assist with financial close procedures for each month-end, quarter-end and year-end
- Prepare monthly sales vs budget reports and analyze financial data
- Assist with monitoring cash flow, budget and forecast
- Provide solutions to accounting issues as they arise
- Collaborate and suggest improvements to existing processes and initiatives, ensure accounting standards and best practices are followed
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare tax returns
- Calculate and manage payroll
Required Skills:
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Proven knowledge of account reconciliation
- Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping with a solid understanding
- General familiarity with Monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Experience and knowledge of QBO and QuickBooks, Dext, Wagepoint
