Key Responsibilities
Assist the Field Service Technicians to maintain a response time of four (4) hours by:

  • balancing technicians workload
  • assigning service calls
  • maintaining appointment schedules
  • monitoring, responding to GPS alerts and managing the GPS mapping in order to identify Technicians status and location
  • monitoring and responding to messages from Field Service Technicians, Managers, and Service Agents
  • Respond to customer calls to support the team as required


To Succeed, You Will Have:

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Ability to quickly learn in-house systems, policies, procedures
  • Experience with using Google Maps
  • Basic MS-Office skills
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
