As a Beauty Advisor, you will build deep and lasting relationships with clients, driving sales, service, and customer loyalty. This commission-based role directly rewards your performance, allowing you to maximize your earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients

• Consistently exceed personal sales and service targets

• Build and maintain a loyal client base through clienteling

• Provide an expert level of product knowledge and share insights with the store team

• Develop strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and managers

• Identify marketing opportunities and recommend product assortments

• Participate in educational training and seminars on beauty products and brands

• Assist with visual merchandising, pricing, and floor recovery

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, or mail about events, promotions, and product recommendations

• Resolve customer service issues and escalate concerns as needed

• Maintain compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures

Who We're Looking For:

• High school diploma (minimum requirement)

• Proven ability to exceed sales targets

• Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales environment

• Make-up artistry or aesthetics certificate (may be required for certain brands)

• Prior luxury retail sales experience is preferred
