Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Basic Data Entry Clerk. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting financial information into our database. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from your home in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Responsibilities

  • Enter financial data into the company's database accurately and efficiently
  • Review and verify accuracy of entered data
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial information
  • Organize and maintain files, both electronically and physically
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as assigned

Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines
