Description:

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you'll lead a high-performing team, helping clients secure their futures, own homes, and set up businesses. This is a temporary (fixed term) position based in Lower Sackville with full-time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example to deepen client relationships and meet financial needs while providing high standards of service.
Advocate CIBC within the community to develop new and existing client relationships.
Encourage employees to resolve client complaints quickly and escalate when necessary.
Create a culture of teamwork, ensuring clients are served by the best team members to meet their needs.
Monitor business performance and implement action plans to close gaps.
Provide coaching and support to team members, helping them develop and achieve team goals.
Act as an owner, taking initiative to deliver results and improve performance.
Qualifications:
Client-first approach, with the ability to find the right solutions for clients.
Goal-oriented, driven by accomplishing goals and making a meaningful impact.
Passion for people with the ability to develop and coach team members.
Certified professional with current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada).
Additional certifications such as BCO, BME, CPH, WME, or CFP are an asset.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing people and delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
