Description:
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
University degree or graduation from a Community College and three years of practical and relevant experience.
Strong background in live and live-to-tape radio broadcast engineering.
Extensive experience with live audio mixing on a 25+ channel studio console. Proficiency with the Studer On Air 3000 console or equivalent is essential.
Excellent technical aptitude, including the ability to troubleshoot radio & audio transmissions.
Strong knowledge of Dalet and/or other non-linear audio editors.
Innovative approach to programming and ideas. You are curious and incisive with strong critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of Ontario’s news and current events. Understands stories that are of interest to Ontarians.
Open to diverse perspectives and ideas, and differing points of view.
Enthusiastic team player with good communication skills.

High level of organization and productivity.
