Description:
As a member of CIBC’s Retail Operations team, you’ll work in a fast-paced back-office operational environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives. You’ll use your processing experience to contribute to multiple processes on a number of different operating systems that directly impact our clients. As a Processing Clerk, you’ll participate with your team to solve issues and ensure procedures are followed. You’ll work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity standards and service level agreements. You’re flexible to work our processing centre hours which may include evenings and weekends.
How you’ll succeed
Organizational skills - Use your knowledge of processes and systems to verify, process, and balance incoming items on a variety of different systems and equipment. Assist your team with administrative duties that improve your department’s efficiency.
Teamwork - Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements.
Problem solving - Listen, ask questions, and deeply understand the needs of your clients and team. Act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and know when to lean on others to build a better solution together.
