Description:
As the Associate Influencer Marketing Manager - B&W, you will lead the deployment of earned and micro influencer programs for North America across our portfolio of brands, with a focus on the US market. You will use the voice of others to amplify brand messages to authentically build credibility and trust with audiences to drive business and communications goals.
Develop and maintain a master influencer content calendar for the entire B&W portfolio
Execute earned influencer programs in partnership with PR agencies
Develop, execute and scale in-house earned program; Identify relevant creators on a regular basis, coordinate product sends, track conversions and wins
Maintain and quality check all campaign data in Influencer CRM tool (Traackr)
Compile and distribute monthly/quarterly recap reports that track key KPIs such as increased impressions, engagement, conversion and positive sentiment in partnership with Influencer Marketing Managers
Assist with developing agency briefs
Drive micro influencer programs: upload briefs, manage spends, review/approve creators and content
Use social listening to maintain pulse on current and future trends, identify innovative concepts, agile opportunities and new influencers for gifting opportunities and brand activations
Work in partnership with Influencer global and local teams to share best practices and key learnings across North America
Participate in weekly agency and brand meetings
What You'll Need to Succeed
3-5+ years of experience specializing in influencer marketing and social media with experience in earned influencer content and track record of cultivating relationships with influencers/creators.
Deeply engaged in culture with a deep knowledge of all social media platforms and a keen eye for trendspotting– able to translate how B&W brands can create relevant content for agility
A beauty crafter who has developed best in class content with proven results
A strategist and executor with experience developing and managing strong earned influencer performance programming designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, consideration, and conversion
A data lover with excellent analytical skills who has experience tracking and optimizing plans in market as well as putting together campaign wrap-up reports
A collaborator who thrives on working together with different teams and marketing specialties to execute programs with excellence and clarity
Strong industry knowledge of trends, best practices & innovations
Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills to tell actionable stories with data
Strong project management skills: Proven ability to oversee and track multiple projects with various due dates and varying requirements and priorities in a highly challenging environment.
Experience in creating mailers including creative ideation, vendor sourcing and coordinating program logistics
Experience communicating directly with talent and agents preferred
