How you will make an impact
- Supporting the activation and stewardship of the TVO brand (and associated brand portfolio) to ensure audience and stakeholder connection and impact;
- Working with the Manager, Brand and Content Activation to plan and execute projects and initiatives related to the development, activation, and measurement of integrated brand programs (digital and traditional) and high-quality marcom implementations that deliver desired results on time and on budget with stakeholder buy-in. Programs and tactics include:
- Planning and coordination of TVO brand website
- Planning and coordination of brand activations (e.g. merchandise)
- Execution and coordination of brand & partner advertising, promotion, and activation
- Sponsorship coordination & activation
- Planning and execution of media relations and outreach related to content and brand initiatives
- Coordination of brand videos and brand storytelling
- Working with Manager, Brand and Content Activation to inspire, brief, and evaluate internal and external creative resources to deliver creative executions that deliver against stated objectives;
- Working with brand, community or content partners, creative and/or media agencies where required to support, coordinate, deliver, and analyze activations and campaigns;
- Working with Manager, Brand and Content Activation to ensure integrity and consistency of TVO brand logo application(s) and brand/product messaging across relevant materials and experience points;
- Collaborating with audience development, philanthropy, stakeholder and corporate communications, content, data, and product teams to support brand initiatives and activations
- Support the collection and reporting of brand analytics, and regular reporting and analysis on individual campaigns and activations, in partnership with audience development, data & analytics, and others;
- Staying up to date on trends and acting as subject matter expert
- Supporting budget and payment processes as required.
- Supporting or leading the brand and content activation team in other duties as required.
What you will bring to TVO
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing and communications, with emphasis on brand stewardship and activation;
- Proven experience in supporting brand and content activations that achieve organization, brand, and product objectives;
- Passion for bringing brands and brand stories to life to meaningfully connect;
- Experience in supporting media, community or partnership relations to deepen connections and impact;
- Demonstrated ability to positively support internal and external creative, media, and stakeholder teams;
- Commitment and demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and alignment to achieve results;
- Experience in collecting post-campaign results to infer insights and learning;
- Strong attention to details and timelines, with ability to drive projects forward, while understanding and working towards a bigger picture vision.
- Proven ability to successfully manage and juggle multiple deadlines and priorities;
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, results-driven, can-do attitude;
- Strong communicator and relationship builder;
- Knowledge of design and production across range of executions;
- Experience working with brand stewardship, brand guideline and logo compliance, research and tracking considered an asset.
