Experience/Skills

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience retrieving and interpreting data from a variety of internal and external sources.
  • Ability to anticipate challenging situations and proactively seek guidance from their direct manager or PPDR leadership.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize day-to-day tasks (including inquiries) with minimal oversight/intervention.
  • Excellent computer software skills (especially MS Office, and data analytics software)
  • Consensus-building skills; ability to promote excellent working relationships with staff and demonstrated ability in conflict resolution.
