Assistant Professor

Description:

Applicants must have:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Finance or a closely-related field.
• The CFA designation
• At least three years of verifiable work experience as a finance practitioner.
• Experience teaching a variety of finance courses at the post-secondary level with a proven track record of effective and innovative pedagogy.

Expected Duties:

• Teach core and/or elective undergraduate and graduate courses in finance.
• Engage in research and scholarship focused on teaching and learning pedagogy as well as maintaining currency in the discipline of finance;
• Ability to develop and implement innovative new courses and to coordinate core courses;
• Student case competition supervision;
• Service activities within the school, university, and community.
• Continuous professional development and contributions to the community of practice in teaching and learning
• Course delivery in both in person and online formats.
