Lead development and execution of brand marketing plans that include promotions and programs, by working closely and in coordination with Global Marketing, National Sales, Education, and Operations to ensure that overall brand goals, timelines and objectives are met.
Develop customized opportunities that allow for a win-win with our partners.
Responsible to influence and collect field data from distributors, sales consultants, technical advisors and hairstylists to make product and program recommendations – continuously learning to optimize performance in market.
Demonstrate strong budget management and financial literacy of the branded P&L to achieve financial objectives or adjust them given marketplace shifts.
Collaborate with other cross functional partners to ensure strategy is being followed and executed.
Analyze and interpret market data and competitors to take advantage of opportunities and minimize adverse trends.
Lead all briefings for advertising, media, and promotions with various agency partners.
YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business
Previous Brand Marketing experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to function effectively as a leader and collaborator in a team environment.
Strong project and financial management skills
Strong working knowledge of PC applications including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Previous experience supporting retailers and e-com is an asset.
