For a new concept this means that you can set the new art concept as well as directing this to others and across product categories it’s about how the existing or new concept come to life across the new product categories. Define a vision visual language that can live outside of your own product area. Innovate new ideas concepts that will set the company up for success 3 to 5 years from now. Initiate action manage progress. Develop and mentors the next generation of leaders internally. Create career plans for each member of your guild/track. Facilitate communication between each member of the guild/track. How will you fit into the team? Highly proficient in Complete Adobe Creative Suite Able to take direction well asks for clarity if needed. Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well in a timely manner. Team player with strong communication presentation skills Hands on experience with design, typography, color, layout design, etc. Proficient use of visual design tools.
