Description:
The Analyst, Customer Analytics is responsible for supporting the business with actionable omni-channel customer insights that drive business decisions and uncover customer engagement, and revenue-generating opportunities. This position will also support business partners in their strategy planning by sharing relevant insights and analysis of customer behaviour.

- Timely and consistent delivery of regular and ad-hoc reporting

- Improvement of existing targeting processes
- Contribution to overall Data and Analytics knowledge and methodology
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Functional
- Deliver data-driven insights to understand customer behaviour and identify key drivers and business opportunities that support strategic business decisions across Indigo
- Work closely with different internal teams to understand how they plan strategy to add customer lens to it
- Build and share dashboards to provide self-serve access to customer data throughout the business
- Act as an advocate for the customer by placing them at the forefront of all decision-making and design processes
- Challenge the status quo by consistently identifying areas for improvement, diagnosing issues and working to resolve them
