Description:
PineStone is looking for a Client Relations Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team. Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the quality of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), Consultant Databases, and ad hoc requests. Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage RFPs, RFIs, due diligence questionnaires from consultants and potential clients
- Ensure information in the various questionnaires is accurate and completed in a timely manner
- Update the content available in the firm’s internal database (RFPIO)
- Support the creation and updating of documents such as strategy presentations and fund fact sheets
- Research market trends to maintain and develop the ESG data and content available
- Monitor the firm’s visibility in external investment databases
- Collaborate on team or firm projects or initiatives as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
- A minimum of four (4) years of asset management RFP/ consultant database experience
- Self-driven and able to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset and extreme diligence and accuracy
- Strong project management skills and organizational skills
- Knowledge of RFPIO an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset
