What you will do:
Customer Service
Negotiate with shippers regarding the management of their daily account management and inventory imbalance corrections, drawing on knowledge of shipper business, pipeline operations, policies and procedures.
Communicate daily system information to shippers through online notice posting and a variety of personal communication tools.
Resolve issues through application of standard procedures, recommended modifications, and innovative ways developed from experience with previous assignments.
Gas Process Management
Manage system gas accounts, including fuel gas, swing gas, and pipeline operational accounts; provide analysis of gas usage, and propose adjustments to maintain pipeline system balance.
Evaluate system gas events, and propose remedial action based on comprehensive analysis of contributing factors.
Liaise with internal stakeholders from gas control, measurement, commercial, IT and other areas of expertise to ensure seamless coordination of daily pipeline business activity.
Other Responsibilities
Ensure outages are on track as posted, identify and resolves outage scheduling issues, escalate challenges where required.
Recommend system improvements, and test design changes to ensure seamless implementation.
Provide support for special projects and perform other responsibilities.
Provide back up support to Gas Scheduling.
