Our Clinical Records Administrator is responsible for the administrative quality of all clinical records completed by LifeWorks counsellor network, invoices, billing logs process, client file requests in the department.

  • Receiving Clinical Files from our provider network and completing requests for file access
  • Generate and manipulate reports for auditing purpose and daily processes
  • Maintain file audit inbox and performing admin audit to Clinical Files received
  • Overseeing special contracts regarding closure process and quarter audits. Acting as liaison between provider and clinical team
  • Responding to the provider network with all administrative inquiries, acting as “first contact” to LifeWorks
  • Educate providers on billing processes – timelines, processes, requirements
  • Ensuring files are audited for completeness and no required information is missing
  • Ensuring confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of workload while dealing with client, providers and/or other internal and external customers
  • Completing data entry and data verification of Clinical Files and any documents received in the department
  • Ensuring that provider invoices are complete, and accurate prior to approving them and submitting them to accounting for payment
  • Generate reports and manipulate data in excel to ensure information is processed correctly for provider payment and prepare customer billing as per the timelines in place
  • Other duties as assigned.
