Description:
Our administrative positions provide support to a wide range of operations within the GOA. The responsibilities assigned to a role may be focused on one type of work or may be a combination from various administrative support categories in the following areas:
Program Support - As a first point of contact for the public on the phone, via email or in person, program support roles explain the requirements, processes and benefits of a program.
Managing highly sensitive office correspondence, including emails, fax, paper and electronic documents. Manages records, maintains scheduling calendars, and orders office supplies.

Office and Administrative Support - Office and administrative support drafts and formats office correspondence, including emails, manages records, maintains manager calendars, and orders office supplies.
