Required Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
  • Experience in a call-center environment is required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Related post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and LIS
