Administrative Support Clerk

 

Description:

This role provides clerical support to the entire New Business organization. You will work with AURA, Onbase, and require knowledge of Corporate Client. This is a centralized role that supports all companies (Great-West Life, London Life and Canada Life) and products (life and living benefits).

 

What you will do:

  • Accurate Indexing of all incoming new images in Onbase
  • Manage the unmatched evidence queue to ensure evidence is attached to the appropriate application as soon as possible during the underwriting process.
  • Complete process of sending authorization for requests for Physicians reports
  • Separate and index paper documents received in the department
  • Manage requests and receipt of shared evidence with other insurance carriers
  • Manual MIB searches
  • Sending evidence for MIB requests for information
  • Ensure MIB hits receive underwriter review
  • Contacting other insurance companies to secure shared evidence
  • Support other members of the New Business department with clerical duties
  • Manage outgoing mail: E-app confirmation reports;Client letters
  • London ADMs – Assemble Contracts to be mailed out to Advisor Office
