Here’s what you will do as part of the team:
Review, track, route all assessment appeal related documents/correspondence received and maintain the Worksight System in order to meet MPAC’s procedural obligations for upcoming hearings;
Reconcile monthly Assessment Review Board (ARB) and MPAC appeal data to ensure all active appeals are accurately captured in Worksight and conduct any required follow-up;
Maintain a library of hard copy and electronic copies of all ARB Decisions, Board Orders, RAFs etc and assist staff with document retrieval as required;
Assist in triaging of Statement of Issues (SOI’s) from Appellants/Representatives and conduct appropriate routing and follow-up to ensure adherence to timelines; and
Schedule internal branch meetings / sectional training sessions, and arrange venue logistics.
