Administrative Assistant And Correspondence Clerk

 

Description:

The Administrative Assistant and Correspondence Clerk is responsible for reception duties, meeting minutes, entering incoming correspondence into the CLIFF Correspondence Tracking System, finalizing letters and memos for signature, and providing other additional administrative functions as needed.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent.
  • Experience in word processing, spreadsheet and/or other standard computer applications.
  • Experience working in a professional office environment.

Preference may be given to applicants with any of the following:

  • Experience working as a receptionist in a professional office setting.
  • Experience taking minutes;
  • Experience writing and editing letters, memos and other correspondence;
  • BC Government Correspondence Tracking System (e.g. CLIFF) experience;
  • Experience booking travel in a Government or professional office setting;
  • Digital records management experience;
  • Switchboard experience.
