Description:
1. Reception duties including but not limited to; answering phones/voicemails, revising calendars & meetings, couriers, reviewing emails & maintaining correspondence with clients
2. Assisting in preparation for client meetings & directing the clients' to the correct offices
3. Managing client relationships, follow-ups, appointment setting, etc
4. Working with marketing initiatives

2. Proficient Microsoft Office skills, experience with CRM work-flow platforms, gmail, etc
3. Strong phone/electronic communication skills
4. Able to adapt to individual work, strong initiative to work under minimal supervision, be a self-starter with strength in directing oneself with workloads suitable to business needs
5. Thorough attention to detail & comprehensive review of paperwork and able to navigate a cohesive list of follow-ups, able to maintain organization as to not lose track of the tasks on hand. Organization skills are paramount to this role.
6. Efficient & highly-organized, able to task-handle under pressure in a timely manner upon the busier seasons
