Administrative Assistant
Description:
Job Duties:
- Answer phones and email inquiries.
- Prepare various reports, correspondence, and documents.
- Arrange Courier service.
- Prepare client materials and documents.
- Attend meetings and draft minutes of meetings for review.
- Maintain office equipment and order supplies.
- Work with internal staff to provide proactive service and support.
- General clerical duties including scanning, photocopying, mailing, filing and retrieving documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related experience.
- College diploma is required.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent client service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Patience and teamwork.
