Le Service d’aide communautaire Anjou (Le SAC Anjou) is a community organization committed to fighting poverty and social exclusion. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our activities and provide a warm welcome to our beneficiaries and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

πŸ“Œ Reception & Communication

  • Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
  • Make follow-up calls to beneficiaries and partners.

πŸ“Œ Administrative Tasks

  • Draft letters, documents, and professional emails.
  • Prepare tables and reports to support organizational activities.
  • Handle photocopying, filing, and document organization.

πŸ“Œ Operational Support

  • Assist in managing administrative priorities.
  • Work closely with the team and volunteers.

Job Requirements:

βœ” Diploma in Secretarial Studies (DEP) or DEC in Administration.
βœ” Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
βœ” Excellent written and spoken French skills.
βœ” Initiative, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
βœ” Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Work Conditions:

πŸ“Œ Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 3:30 PM) – 30 hours per week
πŸ“Œ Contract Duration: 20 weeks (Employment QuΓ©bec subsidy)
πŸ“Œ Salary: CAD 17.00 per hour
πŸ“Œ Start Date: April 2025
πŸ“Œ Eligibility letter for Employment QuΓ©bec wage subsidy required
