Description:
The Administrative Support Assistant is responsible for the telephone reception and administrative duties for the Disability Management Services Office (DMSO).
What you will do
- Manage incoming inquiries and triaging/redistributing emails in the DMSO email mailbox in a timely manner.
- Accurately update confidential customer information
- Answer customer inquiries via telephone.
- Administrative duties such as ordering supplies, sending letters and photocopying.
- Update provider information.
- Working with Intake team and our DMSO staff to ensure client specific needs are met.
- Assist with other support functions as required.

- Reliability Status security clearance - this is a personnel security status that is required before an employee can gain access to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website.
