Administrative Assistant

 

Description:

The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of reception, marketing, and administrative support activities to enhance the operation of the residence and support the managers.

 

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • General office tasks;

  • Answering the telephone;

  • Touring potential residents;

  • Preparing minutes;

  • Compiling statistics;

  • Maintaining records and files;

  • Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

The ideal candidates will possess:

  • Excellent customer service skills, empathy and understanding of seniors needs;
  • The ability to maintain effective interpersonal and team building relationships, leadership skills, conflict resolution skills, general accounting skills, and advanced computer application skills.
