Description:
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Working with SAP and SAGE Systems
- Accounting Skills
- Assist with event planning and execution as needed
- Provide support to executive team members when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills required.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as SAP and SAGE required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Attention to detail required for data entry, filing, copying, scanning, etc.
