Description:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Customer service is key in this position and candidates should have experience interacting with seniors. General computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, are required.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position will provide support to the administrative and health care team. Duties will include answering phone calls and emails, assisting with processing scheduling changes, electronic filing, processing changes to employee and client files, and being an initial point of contact during working hours to individuals and companies inquiring about potential services (this is not a sales based role).
This role will be hybrid remote with a required 2 days per week in office (dates to be negotiated).
