The Actuarial Employee Benefits Consultant will:
- Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of any size and varied industries and have a direct impact on their employees.
- Work in a collaborative environment on a wide variety of client teams with any number of our 80+ Health colleagues in Toronto.
- Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication.
- Manage the scope, quality, timeliness and budget of multiple client deliverables;
- Delegate to and review project work of more junior colleagues which includes technical review of financial, contract, and administrative analysis;
- Provide direction to analysts and other team members in the preparation and delivery of clear and concise client presentations.
