Accounts Payable Administrator

 

Description:

Office Administrator Duties:

  • Reception and greeting guests, acting as a first point of contact for inbound calls and visitors to the Blyth Academy Head Office
  • Performs office management duties including managing office supplies, postal and courier shipments and deliveries, other duties as assigned
  • Provides logistical and administrative support to the Executive Team, interfacing with all company departments and locations, coordination of travel, meetings, and employee events
  • Provides administrative support and document management for Blyth Academy Online as needed

Finance Department:

  • Accounts Receivable: Deposits cheques and payments received at Head Office to bank, and reconciles daily deposits
  • Accounts Payable: Inputs supplier invoices into QuickBooks, matches invoices to cheque stubs tracking payments to suppliers, and files paid AP invoices; tracks down errors and queries
  • Expenses Reports: Process expense reports for reimbursement through payroll
