Role Summary:

This person will report directly to the Financial Controller and be primarily responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of Fathom Fish & Seafood and its holdings. In the role of Accounting Manager, you will be joining a world-class finance team that is changing the seafood industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving day-to-day financial issues
• Year-end bookkeeping for Fathom Fish and its holdings
• Oversight of accounts payable processes and activities
• Management of accounts payable and supplier payment processing
• Preparation of month-end financial statements and HST returns
• Processing of weekly payroll, preparation of ROEs, and financial administration of benefits program
• Providing internal advice on accounting best practices
