Our products are offered in over 800 points of sale in Quebec and at Le P'tit Magasin Shawbridge, our 100% local fine grocery store. Your Responsibilities:

• Enter and file supplier invoices.

• Verify and record payments and receipts.

• Perform bank reconciliations and manage account follow-ups.

• Support the team with various administrative tasks related to accounting.

• Ensure proper filing and archiving of records.

• Process payroll for two companies.

Required Profile:

• DEP or DEC in Accounting or any relevant training or experience in a similar role (required).

• Proficiency with accounting software, preferably Sage.

• Comfortable with Excel and other office tools.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.

• Discretion and confidentiality.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
