Direct Office Solutions is currently looking for an Account Representative with outside sales experience in the GTA.
Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing new business, cold calling as well as managing relationships you build with clients across the territory
- Managing all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure client satisfaction is achieved
- Selling our full line of copiers, printers, managed printing services, and document managed solutions
- Working with an internal team to develop new and ongoing strategies to keep clients informed of services offered
- Areas of focus: Cold calling, driving sales results, building high-level strategic customer relations, and collaboration with others
Qualifications
- University degree/diploma in print management, marketing or a related program
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Previous experience in the office equipment industry/managed services; experience in outsourcing is also an asset
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Travel within territory required
