We will count on you to:

  • Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels in a prompt and professional manner and process timely and accurate completion and/or submission of client requests in accordance with carrier guidelines.
  • Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps, identify cross sell opportunities etc.
  • Provide quotations, explain and select coverages based on a thorough needs analysis, prepare applications and submit in accordance with carrier guidelines and timelines.
  • Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client needs from coverage and pricing perspective are maintained.
  • Obtain claims information in an empathetic, accurate and delicate manner and submit to the carrier in a timely manner.
  • Re-underwrite files to ensure policy information and documentation remains up to date.

What you need to have:

  • RIBO licensed preferred. If you do not have your license, that’s okay, we will be happy to sponsor you!
  • College/university degree considered an asset.
  • 1+ years’ work experience in personal lines insurance or if you are new to the industry you are welcomed to apply.
  • Position starts on the 10-6 shift with the ability to graduate to an earlier shift as business needs shift. Note: all employees are required to participate in the late shift rotation once per week.(12-7pm).
  • Home office space with reliable high speed internet.
