Account Manager

 

Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for growing and maintaining revenue as well as improving overall client satisfaction by building a relationship with key contacts and becoming a trusted advisor. They will need to have the ability to partner with the field Sales Team and Marketing as they coordinate selling opportunities and strategies across the Agfa customer base.

This is a remote role but the successful candidate should be based in Canada

 

Major Accountabilities:

  • Correspond regularly and build strong rapport with department managers and physicians
  • Continuously evaluate and develop communications plans and strategic recommendations for clients
  • Prepare reports to present to clients
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of client’s business in order to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Meet client satisfaction, retention and growth goals as measured both internally as well as through KLAS scores
  • Demonstrate proficiency of CRM input and activity tracking
  • Demonstrate a full grasp of the positioning of our products and services as well as the ability to relay this messaging with confidence to the customers.
  • Establish priorities and collaborate cross-departmentally
  • Manage forecast, pipelines and revenue retention accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
