Account Executive

About the Role

  • Heavy prospecting in a high volume environment

  • Proactively manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns

  • Source, upsell and leverage business from various leads

  • Create, deliver, and manage client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

  • Utilize solution and value-selling techniques along with overcoming objections to effectively guide sales processes to close

  • Engage with C-Level and VP-Level Executives

  • Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs

  • Actively managing quotes and proposals

  • Work cross functionally and engage technical resources as needed

  • Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends

 

Basic Skill Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in a Technology company

  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool

  • Experience using sales applications such as Outreach, Zoominfo

  • Experience with UCaaS or platform sales

  • Basic understanding of establishing KPIs that drive execution

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
